Corine Mackey, 89, of Russellville, died Sunday, January 9, 2011, at Atkins Nursing Center. Born July 4, 1921, at Hector, she was the daughter of the late Ben and Nora Butts Gray. She was retired from Tyson Foods. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Cleo Mackey; a daughter, Ona Jean Mackey; three sisters, Irene Hudson, Ruth Pruitt, and June Danson; and two brothers, John and Thomas Gray. She was survived by three daughters, Judy Pennington and husband C.L. of Cache, Oklahoma, Susan Huffman and husband Larry of Hector, and Ann Jackson and Bill Moore of Atkins; grandchildren, Tina and Sean Rehm of Atkins, Shannon and Kelly Wayson of Little Rock, Mike and Buffie Huffman of Appleton, April and Merritt Pike of Lawton, Oklahoma, and Aaron and Jamie Pennington of Cache, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren, Lexie and Gage Rehm, Nicholas and Patrick Wayson, Emily and Andrew Huffman, A.J., Courtney, Wyatt and Jesse Pennington, Beth Wyatt, Bret Miller, and Jessica Costa; one great-great-granddaughter, Emily Wayson; two brothers, Raymond Gray of Hector and Doyle Gray of Dardanelle; and one sister, Avanell Vaughn of Russellville. Memorial services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Robert Heflin officiating.
