Darryl Franklin Roberts, 61, of Atkins, passed away July 27, 2020. He was born July 16, 1959, in Upland, California, son of Marilyn Fronabarger Roberts and the late James F. Roberts. Darryl moved to Atkins with his family in 1975. After graduating from Atkins High School, he attended UCA for one year, and moved back to California where he worked as a commercial plumber. In 1987, Darryl moved back to Atkins and got his master plumbing license and started Roberts Plumbing. In 1989, his brother Dwayne joined him, and it became Roberts Brothers Plumbing. He served the River Valley for more than 30 years. Darryl married the love of his life, Rachel, on February 15, 1997. He was preceded in death by his father; his paternal grandparents, Lonzo and Flossie Roberts; and maternal grandparents, Earl and Velma Fronabarger. He is survived by his wife, Rachel; daughter, Kendall Roberts; son, Will Roberts; mother, Marilyn Roberts; sister, Diana (Larry) Wiley; brothers, Al Roberts and Dwayne Roberts; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family. A private family conducted memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
