Debby Loraine Flagg, 58, of Russellville, died Monday, November 22, 2010 at home. She was born August 20, 1952, in Fresno, California, the daughter of Isaac and Beulah Bell Neal. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Flagg and three brothers. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Krystal Flagg, daughter and son-in-law, Georganna and Anthony Horn; brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Wanda Neal, sister and brother-in-law, Norma and Dan Atkinson; grandchildren, Anthony Horn, Amber Bogue, Ricky Flagg, Rebecca Horn, Dorian Flagg, Amanda Horn, one great-grandchild, Bentley Horn and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be announced at a later date.
