Doyle Nelson, 66, of Atkins, died Friday, April 30, 2010 at Russellville. He was born August 28, 1943, at Dover, the son of Willie and Elsie Dotson Nelson. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Nina, 2 brothers, Melvin and Don and a sister, Mary Ford. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Angela and Larry Hartwick of Atkins, Marcella and Douglas Martin, Jr., of El Paso, AR., sisters and brothers-in-law, Ora Mae and Donald Cross of Atkins, Lucille Pruitt and Violet Cravens both of Dover, Freda and Kenneth Robertson of Russellville, brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Lawana Nelson of Atkins, 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Graveside service and burial will be 2:00 PM Monday, May 3, 2010, at North New Hope Cemetery with Rev. Terry Svolos and Bro.
