Frances Keysacker

Frances Geraldine Keysacker, 78, of Belleville, died February 6, 2017, at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born April 11, 1938, in Colt, AR, and was the daughter of the late Elbert and Martha Littlejohn Hogue. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Virgil Hogue and Elton Hogue. She was a retired manager at a convenience store in Little Rock and a Baptist. She had a camper and mobile home at Lucky Landing in Atkins for years. In December, 2000 she moved to Crow Mountain to live with Derrick Foster and children. In 2009 they moved to Chickalah Mountain. She loved to fish every day if possible, loved to ride the ATV to the fishing holes, camp at Spring Lake and fish, was a great cook and loved to plant flowers. She is survived by her partner and significate other, Derrick (Cooter) Foster; two sisters, Evelene Kelly and Dorothy Harrison; a brother, Marion Eugene (Beth) Hogue; a sister-in-law, Edna Hogue and numerous nieces and nephews.
