G. B. Robinson, 93, of Pottsville died Friday, November 23, 2007, at Dardanelle Hospital. He was born April 13, 1914, in Pottsville, son of George H. and Maude Austin Robinson. His parents and five sisters; Ada Ruth Kendrick, Lois Kendrick, Reba Wheeler, Edna Kendrick, and Helen Packard preceded him in death. He was a member of Atkins Assembly of God Church, and was an Army Veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Janet Maggard Robinson of Pottsville; daughter and son-in-law, Janis and Bruce Linden of Pottsville; son and daughter-in-law, Gale and Mary Robinson of Pottsville; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services will be 10:00 AM, Monday, November 26, 2007, at Atkins Assembly of God Church, the Rev. Bill Caldwell and the Rev. David Bishop officiating. Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 PM Sunday. Burial will be at Ball Hill Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service. Pallbearers are Stewart Condley, Gerald Don Kendrick, Dale Kendrick, Ray Kendrick, Eddie Martin and Charles Smith.
