Gage Westbrook, 19, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017. He was born October 14, 1997, in Russellville, the son of Ronald Westbrook and Donna Maples Avery. He was preceded in death by a brother, Chad Richeson. He is survived by his parents; 2 children, Mayson Westbrook and Curtis Westbrook; fiancée, Jessica Heflin; 4 brothers, Jason Richeson and wife Virginia, Brentley Ward, Brayden Avery, and Michael Richeson; sister, Natasha Spencer; 2 grandmothers, Pauline Westbrook and Linda Webb; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Graveside service and burial is 10:00 AM, Monday, April 17, at Walnut Grove Cemetery with Rev. Dean Caldwell officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
