Harry L. Briskey, Jr., 75, died Friday, January 25, 2013, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. He was born December 15, 1937, in Kansas the son of Harry L. and Gladys Brown Briskey. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Raymond Briskey; daughter, Melinda Brannam; brother, Eddie Briskey; sister, Deborah; and ex-wife, Charline Brannam. Harry was a retired employee of Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas. He is survived by 2 daughters and son-in-laws, Shawna and Troy Scott of Dover, Christina and William Harrison of Atkins; brother, Bobby Briskey; 2 sisters, Janette Moore and Sharon Young; 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and another on the way. Graveside funeral service and burial will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 29, at Bowden Cemetery with the Rev. Chad Duvall officiating. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
