Ima Faye Roberts, 88, of Atkins, passed away Friday, April 4, 2014, at her home. She was born July 17, 1925, in Pope County, daughter of the late John and Sally Davis Lewallen. She was a charter member of the Old Country Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth; sons-in-law, Bill Brents and Tom Duvall; 3 brothers; 1 sister, Gertrude Lewallen; a great-grandson; and a great-granddaughter. She is survived by 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry Roberts and wife Sue, and Kenny Roberts and wife Kay; 2 daughters and son-in-law, Peggy and husband Jimmy Britton and Sue Brents, all of Atkins; 6 grandchildren, Rebecca Ketchum, Jeff Roberts, James Britton, Shannon Beldin, Tommy Duvall and Jessica Pompey; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Willis Lewallen and James Lewallen; extended family, Robert Heflin and wife Jaime and their children Andrew and Lexi; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services are 10:00 AM, Monday, April 7, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Robert Heflin and Bud Garrison officiating. Burial is in Shiloh Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday. Pallbearers are Shannon Beldin, Tommy Duvall, Jeff Roberts, Jamie Britton, Tim Duvall, Shane Kasper and Eddie Ray Chronister.
