Jack W. Small, 51, of Dover died Wednesday, October 19 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born July 15, 1960, in Dallas, Texas, the son of Edward Harold and Jean Allen Winfrey Small. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jean Ann Newton. He was a Registered Nurse and Operating Director at St. Mary’s Hospital. Jack was a member of Russellville Restoration Church and was a Mason. He loved horse racing, his bird dogs and was an avid outdoorsman. He is survived by his wife, Pam Small of Dover; brother and sister-in-law, Bud and Georgia Small of Hot Springs; sister, Sarah Howald of Garland, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews; his loving bird dogs, co-workers and friends. Visitation will be 6:00- 8:00 PM, Friday at Lemley Funeral Service. Memorial service is 2:00 PM Saturday at Russellville Restoration Church with Rev. James Findley officiating.
