James “Jim” Allen Childers, 57, of London, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015, at his home. He was born May 21, 1957, in Wamego, Kansas, the son of James E. and Evelyn Inez Bachman Childers. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother; daughter, Amanda Duvall; brother, Brian Holder; 3 sisters, Barbara Brashear, Janet Hudson, and Lucretia Overton and 5 grandchildren, Lane, Andrea, Matthew, Greyson, and Adalynn Duvall. A celebration of life will be held from 3:00-5:30 PM, Friday, April 3, at Lemley Chapel with arrangements by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
