Janet Biggs, 55, of Atkins, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Morrilton. She was born February 14, 1959, in Morrilton. She was preceded in death by her father, Shannon Millikin; and a sister, Lisa Millikin. She is survived by her mother, Clara Hill Millikin; son, Dustin Biggs and wife Tori; granddaughter, Ashlynn Biggs; 2 sisters, Darlene Hill and husband Ronnie Price, and Jeannie and husband Richard Helton; a brother, Randy Millikin and wife Charlotte; 2 nephews, Matthew Banks and Lucas Blaylock; 3 nieces, Brittni Millikin, Keisha Rowland and Amber Thomason; and her fiancé, Bobby Powell. Funeral services are 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 6, at Lemley Chapel with Pastor Michelle Rogers officiating. Burial is in Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
