Jetta Cato, 73, of Jerusalem, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2013, at the Arkansas River Valley Hospice Home in Russellville. She was born June 22, 1939, in Cleveland, the daughter of Willard and Beatrice Branscum Baker. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Bill Cato; her parents; stepfather, Ernest Wieland; daughter, Denise Parker; son, Billy Cato; and 3 sisters, Clydie Church, Ruby Whal and Bobby Wilson. She is survived by her son, Jimmy Cato; son-in-law, Mark Parker; grandson, Jason Parker; granddaughter, Jennifer and husband James Acton; and great-grandson, Charles Williams. Graveside service and burial is 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 30, at Reid Cemetery with Rev. Darwin Barnhouse officiating. Arrangements are by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at Lemley Chapel. Memorials in her honor may be made to the Jetta Cato Memorial Fund, c/o Lemley Funeral Service, P.O. Box 126, Atkins, AR 72823.
