Joshua Paul Bouzek, 30, of Atkins, passed away Monday, September 6, 2010, at his home. He was born August 17, 1980, in Russellville, the son of Chris and Anita Bouzek. He was employed by Shannon Pipeline of Morrilton and was of the Church of Christ faith. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jack Winters. He is survived by his sister, Phylicia Bouzek of Morrilton; a son, Logan Bouzek of Clyde, North Carolina; grandparents, Paul and Revenna Pratt of Atkins, and Rita Winters of Russellville. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 P.M. at Lemley Funeral in Atkins. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 11, at Lemley Funeral Chapel with Robert Hearne and Rev. B.J. Duvall officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Creek Cemetery in Jerusalem. Pallbearers are Heath, Daniel and Clayton Brashear, Mike Flory, Dave Smith and B.J.
