Kathleen Flanery, 69, of Morrilton, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2017, at St. Vincent Health Services in Morrilton. She was born November 28, 1946, in California, daughter of the late Lee Solomon and Effie Edith Smile Higgs. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Hazel McClish, and Alice Rodriguez; and a brother, Thomas Higgs. She is survived by 3 sons, Manuel Weston, Jesse Weston, and William Beck; 2 sisters, Johnnie Segundo of Arizona, and Janie Owens of Alabama; 2 brothers, Charles Higgs of Rogers, and Henry Higgs of Kansas; 1 step-sister, Helen Ashley of Benton; and numerous grandchildren.
