Kenneth Roberts, 80, of Atkins, the son of the late Herbert and Ethel Bowden Roberts died Thursday, January 10, at his home. He was a poultry and cattle farmer and attended the Pentecostal church. He is survived by his wife, Ima Faye Lewallen Roberts of Atkins, two sons and one daughter-in-law; Jerry Roberts of Butner, NC and Kenny and Kay Roberts of Atkins, two daughters and son-in-laws; Peggy and Jimmy Britton of Atkins and Sue and Bill Brents of Atkins, six grandchildren; Rebecca Ketchum, Jeff Roberts, James Britton, Shannon Beldin, Tommy Duvall and Jessica Pompey, twelve great-grandchildren, one brother and sister-in-law, Junior and Rita Roberts and three sisters and brothers-in-law; Gladys Bunton, Martha and Joe Cochran and Glenna and Warren Cochran. Visitation will be 6:30-8:00 PM, Friday.. Services will be held at Lemley Chapel at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 12 by Rev. C.W. Henderson and Rev. Bud Garrison. Interment will be at Shiloh Cemetery. .Arrangements are by Lemley Funeral Service.
