Lela “Katie” Morris, 67, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015, at her home. She was born August 3, 1948, in Rock Island, Illinois, daughter of the late Wendell Phillip and Doris Billups Morris. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kayla Nicole Morris. Arrangements are private under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. A family conducted memorial service will be held at a later date.
