Leroy H. Belcher, 82, of Dover died Monday, January 11, 2010, at his home. He was born March 9, 1927 in Fair Play, Missouri. He was a retired Bridge Carpenter and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by two sons and daughter-in-laws, Samuel L. and Val Belcher of Phoenix, NY, and Dave H. and Cindy Belcher of Atkins; daughter, Delores Goodale; grandchildren, Luke Belcher, Adriene Belcher, Brianna Belcher and Jeremy Parker; and a sister, Mary Edwards of Bakersfield, California . Funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Friday, January 15, at Lemley Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Herb Tilley officiating. Visitation will be 6:30-8:00 PM Thursday. Burial will be in McFadden Cemetery, arrangements by Lemley Funeral Service. Pallbearers are Doyle Foshee, Jeff Hicks, Joe Dean Norris, Steve Isom, Jerry Ennis and Kevin Norris. Don Dwiggins is an honorary pallbearer.
