Louis Levi Harris, 75, of Russellville, died Thursday, April 21, 2011 at his home. He was born March 18, 1936 in Economy community, the son of James Ernest Burl and Lillie Magdalene Chance Harris. He was the owner of Harris Window Washing and was previously a homebuilder and truck driver. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Ruby Jean King and Loretta Harris. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Linda Price Harris of Russellville; children, Dorothy and husband Marty Moore of Michigan, Lora Bates of California, James and wife Tammie Harris of California, Anastasia “Stacy” and husband Preston Edwards of Ward, Eric and wife Lindsey Harris of Russellville, and Jonathan and wife Ellissa Harris of Colorado; three sisters, Mary Witter of Russellville, Paula and husband Stan Mills of Oregon and Caroline Sue Gray of Oklahoma; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 26 at Lemley Chapel with Ken Tate and Gary Pettit officiating. Burial is in St. Joe Cemetery by Lemley Funeral of Atkins. Visitation will be Monday from 6-8 PM.
