Mary Ann Carey, 70, of Atkins, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017, at Conway Regional Medical Center. She was born May 2, 1947, in Atkins, and was a member of Union Grove Free Will Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Truman Hill. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ben Carey; mother, Mary McMaster; sister, Martha J. Marshall; special nephew, Chris Wood and wife April; great-nephews, Hunter Wood and Hayden Wood; sister-in-law, Diane Hale and husband Freddie; and other nieces and nephews. Funeral services are 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 15, at Lemley Chapel, with Rev. David Bishop and Rev. B.J. Duvall officiating. Visitation will be held thirty minutes prior to services. Burial is in Elmwood Cemetery in Morrilton. Pallbearers are Bill Pinion, Frank Southard, Cameron Southard, Jeff Small, Mike Warren, and Danny Reed.
