Mary Sue Austin Obituary

Mary Sue Austin, 75, of Atkins, went home to be with the Lord Friday, July 28, 2017, at Conway Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born April 21, 1942, in Atkins, daughter of the late Noil and Juanita Baker Brock. She was a member of Atkins First Baptist Church and a former member of the United States Tennis Association. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Austin; parents; and a sister, Wanda Robinson. She is survived by 2 daughters, Tonya Hildebrand, and Becky and husband Mike Wilson; son, Jeffrey Austin; 2 brothers, Noil Wayne Brock and wife Carol, and Eric Brock; 3 sisters, Sharon Greenlee, Anita Brock, and Patti Brock; 2 grandchildren, Chase Ennis and Troy Wilson; stepmother, Emma Brock; stepbrothers, Larry Bowden and Rickey Welcher; stepsisters, Sherry Reel and Betty Reed; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral services are 10:00 AM, Monday, July 31, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. David Bishop officiating. Burial is in Bells Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 2:00-4:00 PM, Sunday, at Lemley Chapel. Pallbearers are Brad Schmoll, Heath Brock, David Heflin, Rusty Davis, Richie Davis, and Wade Gullett. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the USTA Tennis Association. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her honor may be made to Friendship Community Care, P.O. Box 2109, Russellville, AR, 72801.
