Melvilene Casto, 85, of Atkins, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born September 9, 1935, in Springfield, daughter of the late Melvin and Alma Hugg Fuller. She was a member of the Bells Chapel Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 48 years, Church of Christ minister Glenard Casto; and siblings, Verlon Fuller, Charles Fuller, Dorothy Fuller Keener, Rilla Mae Fuller Bradley, and an infant twin, Lillie Madeline Fuller. She is survived by her children, Robert and Jennifer Casto of Leavenworth, Kansas, David and Cindy Casto of Maumelle, and Glen and Sherri Casto of Wooster; grandchildren, Mellissa Brau, Karie Casto, Caleb Casto, and Eva Casto; 2 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nephews and nieces. Graveside service and burial are 11:00 AM, Monday, December 21, at Bells Chapel Cemetery with Neil Chisum officiating under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
