Nathaniel L. Collins, 20, of Russellville, died Friday, April 22, 2011 at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. He was born May 11, 1990 in Russellville, the son of Jim and Sandra Shaddon Collins. He is survived by his parents; two brothers, Mark Scott and Chandler Scott; a sister, Lenzie Collins; fiancé, Whitney Miller; grandparents, Betsy Collins and Cecil and Barbara Shaddon; and great-grandmother, Pearl Turney. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, April 28 at Hudson Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Patton officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8:00 PM at Lemley Chapel. Pallbearers are Mark Scott, Josh Wilker, Jacob Irwin, Melvin Young, Josh Shaffer and Billy McDaniel. Honorary pallbearers are Larry Shaddon, Bud Shaddon and Jason Shaddon.
