Norma June Holder,79 of Pottsville died Thursday, May 7, 2009, at Atkins Nursing Center. She was born November 28, 1929 in Springfield, Missouri to Wesley and Lucille Emery Norris. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Billy Joe Holder and a granddaughter, Tracey Holder Adkison. She had worked as Searcy County Deputy Tax Collector and with the Searcy County School Supervisors office . She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Billy Joe Jr. and Sharon Holder of Pottsville; two daughters, Nancy Morrison and Nikki Watts both of Pottsville; grandchildren, Amy Holder of Bentonville and James Bartley and wife Breta Morrison of Russellville; great grandson, James Brady Morrison of Russellville; a step great granddaughter Brooklyn Maggard of Russellville; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Willadean Norris and Robert and Kay Norris; and a sister, Mary Ellen Norris. Graveside service will be 2:00 PM, Monday, May 11, 2009 at East Lawn Cemetery near Marshall, the Rev. David Downum officiating. Visitation is from 2:00-4:00 PM Saturday In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials be made to Arkansas Hospice of Russellville, 2405 East Parkway Suite 3; Russellville, AR 72802.Obituary
