Norma Petty, 90, of Atkins, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020, at St. Vincent Hospital in Morrilton. She was born July 10, 1930, in DeVall’s Bluff, daughter of the late Dee Washington and Audrey Miller Price. She was a member of Ada’s Bells Chapel Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe Petty; son, Bobby Petty; and a granddaughter, Bambi Haynie. She is survived by her children, Rex and Betty Petty, Fred and Linda Petty, Janice and Joe Johnson, Nancy and Thane Fleming, and Tina and Keith McNutt; granddaughters, Theresa Roadruck, Kim Reynolds, Leslie McClellan, Jayme Duvall, Nicki Rinke, Tayler May, Tara Abington, Jessica McNutt, Deedra Petty, Brandi Petty, Kari Rains, Kyra Allen; grandsons, Joe Johnson, Kevin Petty, Kody Petty; great-grandchildren, Brayden Smith, Tyler Rinke, Tony Roadruck, Andy Reynolds, Becky Reynolds, Robert Reynolds, Jesse McClellan, Gavin Haynie, Morgan Lee, Payton Smith, Abby Rinke, Jennifer Roadruck, Kinley Rains, Karissa Rains, Kelsey McClellan, Brooke Duvall, Payton Duvall, Erin Sanford, Kenya Stallworth, Brooklyn Haynie, Mika McCray, Rei Reynolds, Nala Cartman, Winter Allen, and Oakley Sanford. Funeral services are 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 22, at Ada’s Bells Chapel Assembly of God Church with Rev. Chad Duvall officiating. In recognition of ADH/AFDA and Ada’s Bells Chapel Assembly of God Church guidelines, a face covering is required upon entry of the Church and may be removed upon seating. Burial is in Walnut Grove Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
