Otis Gray "Tot" Lem, 78, of Atkins died Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. He was born February 26, 1933, at Mill Creek the son of Lewis Grant and Maggie Elizabeth Taylor Lem. He was a retired U.S. Army veteran, heavy equipment operator, well driller and master welder. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, George Lem; and a sister, Mary Utley. He is survived by a daughter, Vanessa Wiley of Muldrow, OK; a son and daughter-in-law, Lewis and Rhonda Lem of San Antonio, TX; 4 grandchildren and spouses, Meri and Gary Moore, Alexander Lem, John and Faressa Lem, and Terry Jo Lem; 2 great-grandchildren, Alexis Moore and Luke Lem; many friends, and a host of other family members. Graveside service with military rites and burial will be 10 A.M. Friday, June 17 at Pisgah Cemetery with Bro. Steve Ferguson officiating. Burial is by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
