Patricia A. Buchanan, 68, of Atkins died Thursday, October, 6, 2016, at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Russellville. She was born in Mesa, Arizona April 30, 1948 the daughter of Calvin and Anna Faye Wortman Cooper. She was retired from Friendship Services in Russellville. She is survived by her husband; James Meldon Buchanan, son and daughter-in-law; James Calvin and Pamela Buchanan, daughter; Mary Buchanan and grandchildren; Emma, Tayler, Jordan, Natalie, Anthony, and Alex, two brothers; one sister and several nieces and nephews. Graveside Funeral and burial will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday at Shiloh Cemetery North of Atkins with Rev. Chad Duvall officiating.
