Raymond H. McCallum, 68, of Atkins, died Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at his home. He was born in Paris, Texas August 13, 1941, the son of Ollie and Minnie Hiser McCallum. He was preceded in death by his father, Ollie; brother, Charles McCallum; 2 grandsons, Justin and Phillip Gallaher; and daughter, Susan Ray McCallum. He is survived by his mother, Minnie; daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Ray Manion of Cleveland, Loretta and Darrel Gallaher of Atkins, Lisa Williams of Waldron and Sheila and L.C. Manion of Center Ridge; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, J.C. and Norma McCallum of Mt. George; sister, Margaret Herndon of Nashville, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, August 14 at Lemley Funeral Chapel with Bro. Randy Lee officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8:00 PM Friday. Pallbearers will be Ollie McCallum, Joshua Manion, R.J. Akins, Johnny Akins, Ryan McCallum and Gary McCallum. Honorary pallbearer is Brayn Bratcher.
