Robert Elliot Bailey, 70, of Appleton, died September 15, 2010, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born September 16, 1939, in Keo, Arkansas, the son of William and Kathline Rollins Bailey. He attended Rock Springs Community Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Eugene Bailey. He is survived by his wife, Johnnie Bailey of Appleton; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Gary Bailey of Scott, and Cavin (Durk) and Dannielle Bailey of Russellville; two grandchildren, Matthew Bailey of Scott and Kaitlinn Bailey of Appleton; one brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Nila Bailey of Oppelo; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is from 6-8 PM Friday. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 18 at Lemley Chapel, with Bro. Jeremy Mathis officiating. Burial is in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gene Culwell, Larry Huffman, Mike Huffman, Dale Stroud, John Bailey and Mark Dixon.
