Robert Haralson

Local legend, Robert “Lightnin’” Haralson, 63, of Atkins, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. He was born May 14, 1950, in Russellville, son of the late Cecil “Bob” and Georgia Mae Wright Haralson. He is survived by his wife, Tami Haralson; brother and sister-in-law, Phillip Haralson and wife Deidre of North Little Rock; sister and brother-in-law, Romona and husband Jerry Trew of Little Rock; 3 sons, Rowdy Sweet of Atkins, Mike Durden of Georgia, and Jimmy Robinson of Ft. Worth, TX; 3 step-children, Ashley Lenardt of Russellville, Bryan Hrnjak of Ola, and Josh Hrnjak of Ennis, TX; 9 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 nieces, Delaney, Melanie and Kimberly; and numerous other family and friends. Funeral services are 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 27, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. David Bishop and Rev. Kevin Haralson officiating. Burial is in Oakland Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
