Scott Matthews, 56, of Springdale died Friday, March 27, 2009 in Fayetteville. He was born April 18, 1952, in Little Rock, son of the late Wilson and Martha Gauldin Matthews. He was a businessman and had owned or partnered in several diverse business ventures. Scott is survived by his brothers; David Matthews of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Bruce Matthews of Springdale. A memorial service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale, Pastor Charlie Brown officiating. A private committal service will be held at Oakland Cemetery in Atkins, arrangements by Lemley Funeral Service.
