Tamara Colet, 55, of Pottsville, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born September 11, 1961, in San Bernadino, California, the daughter of Donald and Beatrice Ortiz Barker. She loved Jesus and her kids. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lois Pulluim; and a friend, Bertha Angulo. She is survived by her husband, Nick Colet; daughter, Danielle Barker; 2 sons, Nick Colet, Jr., and Stephen Colet; granddaughter, Sophia Martin; 3 sisters, Michelle Knick, Kim Holland, and Edith Puga; 2 brothers, Burt McClain and Joe Velasquez; and her parents. Funeral services are 11:00 AM, Monday, May 22, at Gateway Pentecostal Church of God with Pastor Jerry Vinson officiating. Burial is private in Pisgah Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church.
