Wanda Jean Jenkins, 74, of Atkins, died Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at the Atkins Nursing Center. Born November 30, 1933, in Stillwater, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Mae Coffey Nickens and was preceded in death by her 2 sisters. She was a member of the Atkins First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Walter Jenkins of Atkins, 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Walter Jenkins Jr. of Prescott, AR, Roy E. and Tracey Jenkins of Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, brother, Roy Nickens of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, brother-in-law, Leland Rogers, Enid Oklahoma, and a sister-in-law, Juanita Jenkins of Muskogee, OKlahoma. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 22, 2008, at Lemley Funeral Chapel with Rev. Scott Tyler officiating. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Friday.
