Wendlin Annette Millikin, 55, of Atkins, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at her home. She was born September 1, 1958, in Seattle, Washington. She was preceded in death by her father, Ted Hern, Sr.; and a sister, Rita Hern Hardwich. She is survived by her mother, Velma Hern; 2 sons, Todd Millikin, and Scott Millikin and wife Julie, all of Atkins; 4 brothers, John Hern and wife Loyce of Little Rock, Rev. Ted Hern, II and wife Cathy of Delaware, Roger Hern and wife Teresa of Hector, and Jimmy Hern and wife Norma of Garfield; 2 sisters, Sharon and husband Jerry Morganthall of Indiana, Loretta and husband Ken Hinkston of Atkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Memorial services are 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 8, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Charlie Casto officiating under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
