Willia Luetta “Tootsie” Ennis Carter,75, of Russellville , passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Atkins Care Center. She was born July 24, 1938, Russellville, the daughter of Roy and Viola Davis Ennis. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Roy Jr. Ennis and her husband, John Bascue. She is survived by her nephew, Roger Ennis of Jerusalem, her niece, Joan Hill of Jerusalem, host of cousins and extended family, special friend, Eddie Ray Chronister, and special caregivers, Cheri Campbell and Margaret Ennis. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Lee Chronister and Rev. James Freeman officiating. Burial will be at St. Joe Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service. Visitation will be Monday 6-8:00 PM. Pallbearers are Roger Ennis, Eddie Ray Chronister, Jimmie Gray, Josh McCurrie, Bonnie Wilson.
