William "Ben" Lynch

William “Ben” Lynch, Jr. , 87, of Little Rock, passed away Friday, May 13, 2011, at Arkansas Hospice Care Center. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was born on January 31, 1924 in Atkins, to William B. Lynch Sr. and Ida Fronabarger Lynch and preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Ruby Richardson and Annie Lynch. He was a member of the Bells Chapel United Methodist Church. He is survived by his son, William David Lynch of Cape Giraedeau, Mo., daughter and son-in-law, Leigh Ann and Ben Parker of Little Rock, mother of his children, Juanita Lynch, grandchildren, Kerri Akers and Tim, grandson, Kyle Martin and a great granddaughter, Chloe Akers. Graveside Service and Military Honors will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at Atkins City Cemetery officiated by Rev. Robert Woody and Rev. Paul Holderfield. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Monday at Lemley Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Carl Hillis, Regan Strawn, Tim Parker, Tim Akers, Kyle Martin and Aaron Parker. Arrangements are by Lemley Funeral Service.
