William C. Duncan, 68, of Clarksville, passed away peacefully, Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Johnson County Medical Center. He was born September 1, 1946 at Brent, Alabama, the son of Dalton and Rosie Walker Duncan. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Andrew Cook, sister, Jewel, 2 brothers, Lonnie and Haywood. He is survived by his wife, Wendy Duncan of Clarksville, daughter, Janet Beavers and husband Gene of Lamar, 2 sons, Casey Duncan and wife Stephanie and Wesley Duncan and wife Alisha of Alabama, step-son, Kyle Luttrell of Ft. Smith, 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, Audrey and husband Roger Garcia, Ruth and husband Wayne Peffer, Margie and husband Ted Sparks all of Alabama, brother, Jeff and wife Pam Duncan of Georgia, and numerous other family members. Memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. , Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Clarksville Funeral Home.
