Willie Dean Hefner, 51, of Atkins, died Friday, April 27, 2012, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born February 11, 1961, in Morrilton, the daughter of Dave Owens and Joyce Vaughn. She attended Bells Chapel Assembly of God Church. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, John and Traci Woodall of Atkins; 2 daughters and a son-in-law, Jennifer and Daniel Davis of Havana and Jessica Vaughn of Dardanelle; 5 grandchildren, Tyler Vaughn, Amberley Vaughn, Chase Vaughn, Blake Vaughn and Canyn Thompson; mother, Joyce Willis of Pottsville; 4 sisters, Missie Vaughn of Belleville, Judy Lyons of Pottsville, Teresa Willis of Havana and Bridgett Willis of Conway; brother, Shorty Willis of Conway; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services are 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 2, at Lemley Chapel. Burial is in Bells Chapel Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday. Pallbearers are Daniel Davis, Kris Parrish, Tonya Apple, Justin Vaughn, Jonathan Hall and Roger Vaughn. Honorary pallbearers are Chris Carter, Brent Carter, Brian Rudder, Andrew Hall and Danny Ray Bruce.
