Cleve Edward Lovelace

Cleve Edward Lovelace, 77, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Monday June 26, 2017 in a local hospital. He was born August 30, 1939 in Paris, AR. He was a retired truck driver for Roadway Express, a Vice-President of the Teamsters Union Local 373 and a member of Rye Hill Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandchild, Samuel Warren and a brother, Billy Jack Lovelace. He is survived by his wife, Barbara of the home; one daughter, Cindy Warren and her husband Scott of Fort Smith; one son, Jack Lovelace of Huntington, AR; two sisters, Reba Pfeiffer and Helen Gilbreath both of Paris, AR; one brother, Jerry Lovelace of Charleston, AR; seven grandchildren, Jeffery, Mark and Max Lovelace, Dustin and Alex Tedder, Jayden and Maddox Warren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday at Rye Hill Baptist Church with burial in Caulksville Cemetery under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith. Pallbearers will be Johnny and Glen Gilbreath, Kenny Pfeiffer, David Engel, Jeffrey and Mark Lovelace. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons. The Family will visit with friends from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home.
