Dan W. Albritton, 80, of Pocola, Oklahoma passed away on November 30, 2017 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born on June 24, 1937 to Tom and Marie (Marshall) Albritton in Texarkana, Texas. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Dan was a carpenter for Edwards Construction and a maintenance man for Therma Tru Corporation. He was preceded in death by his parents and by a son, Kevin Albritton and he was of the Assembly of God faith. Graveside services with honors will be held at 11:00AM, Monday, December 11, 2017 at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, AR. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Carol Albritton of the home and several nieces and nephews.
