Ethel Marie Lewelling Ramsey, 81, of Charleston, AR died Friday, December 5, 2008 in a local hospital. She was a retired registered nurse, a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church in Charleston and the Free Will Baptist Women's Auxilliary Council. She was preceded in death by her first husband D.E. Lewelling. She is survived by her husband, Herman Ramsey; two daughters, Ann Sutter of Charleston, AR and Kay Myers of Lavaca, AR; two sons, Michael Lewelling of Lavaca, AR and Jimmie Lewelling of Charleston, AR; three step-daughters, Gale Somera of Georgia, Judy Morse of Arizonia and Cathy Cumberland of Canada; two step-sons, Ray Ramsey of California and Harold Lewelling of Texas; four sisters, Clara Summers of Alabama, Ruby Summers of Tennesse, Lurlie Summers of Arkansas and Ruth Summers of Arkansas; three brothers, Jesse Summers of Mississippi, Gervis and Dura Summers both of Arkansas; nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
