Jessica Ivette Saucedo, 23, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She was born on June 16, 1995 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a graduate and band member of Southside High School and attended the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jose and Leonor Saucedo and Beatriz Hernandez. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Funeral Mass is at 11:00AM, Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The family will visit with friends from 12-6:00PM, Friday June 1, 2018 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She is survived by her parents, Juan and Rebeca Saucedo of Fort Smith, AR; her Godparents, Carmen and Hector Manzano of Pocola, OK and a cousin, Nelly Garza of Austin, TX. A fund raiser for Jessica will be held on Saturday from 9-4pm at Diaz Bakery at 3000 Grand Ave. in Fort Smith.
