Reba Frederick

Reba June Boyd-Frederick, 86, of Barling, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018 in a local nursing home. She was born in Verden, Oklahoma to Andrew and Bessie (Daniels) Boyd. Reba was a sales clerk at Venture Department Store and a member of Harvest Time Church and attended The Bridge Church. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Phillip, Ellis and Charles Boyd and by a sister, Wynona Hall. Funeral services are 11:00AM, Monday, May 7, 2018 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Spiro. Oklahoma. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Berrios and her husband Juan of Fort Smith, AR; four sons, Bill and Bob Simpson of Huntington Beach, CA, Randy Simpson of Magalia, CA and Gordy Frederick of Fort Smith, AR; four sisters, Pat Harrison of Hooks, TX, Joyce Ewing of Nevada, CA, Betty Warren of Rio Linda, CA and Linda Young of Denryn, CA; seven grandchildren, Alan, Becky and Jason Simpson, Joey Berrios, Andrea Stevens and Eric and Kevin Simpson and twelve great grandchildren. The family will visit with friends from 2-4PM on Sunday at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
