Tonia Shannon

Tonia June Shannon, 66 of Van Buren, Arkansas died Wednesday, August 5, 2009 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker, a longtime resident of Van Buren and of the Church of Christ faith. A Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. She is survived by her husband, Roy Shannon of the home; three daughters, Elizabeth Shannon and Susie Shannon both of Van Buren and Pamela House of Cameron, OK; one son, Steve Shannon of Virginia; four sisters, Sandra Reasor, Judy Miller, Brenda DeMent, Lisa DeMent all of Oklahoma; one brother, Albert Ray DeMent of Oklahoma.
