Hydle Bell Keeling

Hydle Bell Keeling, 78, of McGehee, AR passed away Friday, March 20, 2020. She was born in Eudora, AR on February 14, 1942 to the late Lowell Gaines Hillman and Minnie Dawson Hillman. She was a school bus driver for Delta Public Schools for several years. She also worked as a seamstress at McGehee Industries for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She attended Victory Covenant Church. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Peggy Hogue; grandson, Christopher Patterson; great-granddaughter, Jasmine Lane; sister, Betty Cupples; brothers, Gaines Hillman, Hooley Hillman, and Duper Hillman. Survivors include her husband of 63 years George “Buddy” Keeling; son, George Lowell Keeling and his wife Tammy of Harrisburg, AR; daughters, Dorothy Patterson of Benton, AR and Jean Lane and her husband Herbert Lane, Jr. of McGehee, AR; sisters, Minnie Cook of Vicksburg, MS and Diane Johnson of Pine Bluff, AR; seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-8 pm Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service. Graveside Services will be held at 2pm Wednesday at Keeling Cemetery at McArthur, AR. Out of care and concern for family and friends, the family is asking everyone to understand that only 10 or less can view at the same time.
