Mr. Rucker was educated in Arkansas and continued to further pursue his education in St. Louis, Missouri; there he attended and received several degrees from Browns Business College. Charles was employed with Meletio Seafood Company of St. Louis, Missouri; later he became the proprietor of C&C Seafoods. Charles received Christ at an early age.
