Robert Cummings, Jr.

Mr. Robert “Pud” Cummings, Jr. of Timbo, Arkansas departed this life Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the age of 52. He was born September 14, 1964 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, the son of Robert Paul Cummings, Sr. and Carolyn (Willbanks) Cummings. Mr. Cummings had worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for P & P Maintence Service. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and cooking. He loved joking around and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his mother. Mr. Cummings is survived by his wife, Patricia Lee (Spradlin) Cummings of the home; his children, Crystal Cummings of Dearborn Heights, MI, Jesse Cummings, and wife Julie, of Michigan and Molly Cummings of Timbo, Arkansas; his father, Robert Paul Cummings, Sr. of Dearborn Heights, MI; one brother, Roger Cummings of Ecorse, MI; eight grandchildren, Jourden, Logan, Lyric, Lacy, Julian, Jaxsen, Jesse Jr. and Adam; and many friends. Visitation will be Saturday 12:30 until 2:00 p.m.at Jackson’s Newport Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Brother William Willbanks officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Jesse Cummings, Bobby Willbanks, Dan Alexander, Chuck Gekle, Julian Cumper, and Wesley Cummings. The family requests casual attire.
