Daniels, Arthur Lloyd born in Alameda, California September 15, 1932 passed away in Sacramento, California January 30, 2013. Art leaves behind his wife, Elaine Daniels, his children, Bryan Daniels (Margie) and Pam Leonard (Brian), Jason Thomas, Father Simon Thomas (Pres. Stephanie), grandchildren, Aria, and Allysha Leonard, Devin Daniels, Mikayla Schaefer and Elpinike and Demetri Thomas. He was preceded in death my his first wife, Rosemary Daniels. Art also leaves his sister, Janet Dailey (Jim) and several nieces and nephews. Art graduated San Francisco State in 1964. He taught Social Science and US History in the Sacramento City Unified School District from 1965-1995. Art was a Life Member of USA Swimming, and a volunteer docent at the California State Railroad Museum. Art was active in Saint Katherine Greek Orthodox Church in Elk Grove serving on the Parish Council and as President the year the church was consecrated.
