Thomas Russell

Russell, Thomas passed away Nov. 29, 2014 in Elk Grove, CA. Survived by his loving wife Sandra, Brother Bob (Pene) Russell, Brothers-in-Law Bill Hemker and Dale Head, Sister-in-Law Hazel Ohlendorf. Tom was a native of Sacramento and a resident of Elk Grove, CA for the past 25 years. He served on the City Preservation Committee, was a Past President of the Historical Society, and a well-known Elk Grove Historian.
