Debra Sherrie Perez, 61 of Hemet, California passed away on Monday, October 2, 2017. She was born on Friday, April 13, 1956 in Orange, California to Adolph and Gloria Hernandez Avalos. Debra is survived by her husband, Jorge Perez; three children, Mary Guzman, William "Billy" Guzman, and Estella Guzman; five grand children, Alma, Adelina, Jorge Jr., Billy Jr., and Jada; three great grand children, Sabrina, Jaiden, and Jorge III; two brothers, Jimmy and Fred; and two sisters, Gloria and Cathy. Debra was preceded in death by four brothers, Sonny, Felix, Larry, and Carlos. Debra was a loving and kind woman with a peaceful and calm spirit. She was always very helpful to her neighbors and friends, and never met a person she didn't become friends with. However, her big heart was mostly for her family. She loved getting together for all occasions to enjoy her very favorite food; ribs. Debra also enjoyed the peace and quiet of the beach and mornings, when she could relax and enjoy a hot cup of coffee. Debra was dearly loved, and will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege to know her.
